            Simply complete our form below or give us a call whenever you need our services, and let us know your preferred return time (please allow for our minimum service period). 
            You're also welcome to drop off and/ or pick your items directly from our shop, whichever is most convenient for your!

Washing and Folding
Washing and Ironing

1.Please specify in the "Special instruction" section if you have any cashmire, wool or silk garments that require  special care. These items needs to be put in a separate bag to avoid any confusions.

2.For ironing please specify if you prefer your laundry on the hangers or folded.

3.Any lost items must be reported by email in 5 working days.

4. Please note that we DO NOT AIR DRY the items unless you specify in the "Special instructions".

5.Customers MUST ensure that any items  given for wash and dry can be machine washed and tumble dried. If an item has special requirements these must be specified.

6.Please remove any items from pockets. We can not held responsible  for damage to your garments for items left in the pockets.

7.Please specify if you want us to use your washing detergents or fabric softner
